Winner of the 2007 Saté Restaurant Award for innovative cuisine in the Southeast, Chef Walton creates both an edgy and environmentally friendly dining experience. Volunteers have the opportunity to interact with hundreds of visitors each day, reach into the discovery tank, assist visitors or serve as an Aquarium Ambassador at community events.  Enthusiastic youth volunteers, ages 16 and older,  interested in marine biology can volunteer as exhibit guides.
