Sundays with Santa

Meet jolly old Saint Nick at the Aquarium this holiday season! Visit with Santa and have your photo taken in the Great Hall near the Carolina Seas exhibit. Photo packages and ornaments are available for purchase and Aquarium members receive a 25 percent discount. Visits with Santa are free with Admission. December 3, 10, and 17 from 11:30am – 2:30pm.

Holiday Dive Shows

Watch as your favorite friends from the North Pole swim with the fish! Scuba Claus or one of his elves will make a special appearance in the Great Ocean Tank at the 11 am and 3 pm dive shows each day beginning Saturday, November 25. Holiday dive shows are included with Aquarium admission.
Scuba Claus Dives: November 25, 26 and December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 – 23
Elf Dives: November 27 – December 1, December 4 – 8 and 11 – 15

The Gift of Membership

A membership to the South Carolina Aquarium is the gift of unlimited family fun for one full year. Members receive exclusive benefits, like special discounts, a subscription to our membership magazine, tributaries, and other perks. Order your holiday gifts by Thursday, Dec. 14 to ensure they are received by Christmas.

Adoptions

Adopt an alligator at the $100 level, now reduced to $50, and you’ll receive a plush Albino Alligator, a fun fact sheet, an adoptive parent decal and more. By symbolically adopting an alligator, you help us provide the highest quality animal care to our alligators, including Alabaster, and all of the other animals that call the Aquarium home. Purchase by Thursday, December 14 to ensure delivery by Christmas. Donate in Honor of a Loved One

Make a donation to the South Carolina Aquarium this holiday season in honor or memory of someone special in your life. The Aquarium is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Gifts from donors and members help us continue to share our mission, care for our animals, and remain a community leader in conservation programs and efforts.
