The learner will be able to:
- Plan and conduct a simple experiment on decomposition
and use the sense of sight to gather information and
collect data.
- Describe the important role that decomposers play
in communities.
- Explain that decomposers, primarily bacteria and fungi,
use wastes and dead organisms for food, but are unable
to decompose certain man-made materials.
