1 head Bibb lettuce

1 small green pepper

1 small yellow pepper

1 small green pepper

½ small red onion

1 medium vine ripe tomato

1 lime

½ T. jerk paste

¼ Cup Honey

½ cup olive oil

hot sauce to taste
