You can help by supporting them with your business and encouraging them to continue making environmentally-friendly seafood choices. Be sure to ask your server which menu items are locally-harvested and which are the most sustainable seafood selections!
Our Platinum and Gold Partners have gone above and beyond our basic requirements and have submitted their menus to the Aquarium for a detailed review. Each product is given a sustainability score on a scale of zero to five, which is then averaged to yield an overall menu score. Restaurants whose menus score between three and four are upgraded to Gold Partners. Those that score a four or above are upgraded to Platinum Partners.
