 “The Aquarium Board Room is an excellent space for our annual two-day Mayors’ Institute sessions. The immediately adjacent outdoor patio allows participants to get fresh air and enjoy lunch outside, while the meeting room space has great natural light, acoustics, and comfortable furniture. I want to take the time to thank you for your help and use of the wonderful Aquarium Executive Board Room for our meeting. Although we have lots of meeting rooms here at the Coastal Services Center, it is always good to occasionally schedule a meeting in a special place for a retreat type atmosphere. The Aquarium Executive Board Room provided a perfect sense of place for our group of coastal professionals. The setting was perfect and the only “down side” was getting people in from the meeting breaks as they so enjoyed the view of the harbor right outside the meeting room door. The facilities themselves were great with comfortable chairs, adequate white boards and a screen for our power point needs, and a great view of the harbor. “I loved having our reception at the aquarium, and the guests found it unique and entertaining.  Stephen Duvall did an excellent job with the catering and the staff made sure that all our scheduled events ran smoothly. I couldn't have enjoyed my wedding more and the setting was perfect. All the guests were well taken care of from golf cart service from the parking deck to comfortable guidance as the events moved from one location to another inside the aquarium.
