Congratulations are in order! Three of the Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative partner restaurants received a 4-Star Rating from Forbes Travel Guide 2014! Tristan, The Ocean Room and Circa 1886 were awarded for their spectacular service and creative cuisine with refined attention to seasonality. Dedication by these talented chefs emphasizes the importance of seasonal, sustainable cuisine and this effort should be celebrated! Passionate chefs like Nate Whiting (Executive Chef, Tristan), Jason Rheinwald (Chef de Cuisine, The Ocean Room) and Marc Collins (Executive Chef, Circa 1886) are the very foundation of our Sustainable Seafood Initiative.
